Sales Executive
- Sales & Business Development -Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation. - Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, MROs, distributors, and procurement teams. Promote and sell aerospace consumables by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. - Deliver technical presentations and proposals to showcase product benefits.
- Market Research & Lead Generation - Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients. - Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track lead conversions and optimize sales strategies. - Develop data-driven sales forecasts to align production and inventory planning. - Monitor sales performance using KPIs and data trends. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement - Identify high-potential revenue streams to maximize profitability. - Implement competitive pricing strategies based on market trends and cost analysis. - Work with the marketing team to refine promotional strategies using customer insights.
- Customer Relationship Management & Retention -Use data analytics to predict buying patterns and enhance customer retention. - Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. - Address client concerns systematically with problem-solving and resolution tracking.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis - Maintain sales records, forecasts, and performance reports for management review. - Use Excel, Power BI, or CRM dashboards for data visualization and sales analysis. -Continuously refine sales tactics based on data-driven insights.

Requirements
- MBA in Marketing with a strong foundation in business development and sales strategy
