Description

Airweave® N4 is a medium-weight non-woven polyester breather/bleeder fabric used in composite manufacturing and vacuum-bagging processes. Its open, fibrous structure allows air and volatile gases to move through the vacuum-bagging stack while helping absorb and remove excess resin during composite curing. The material is designed to provide consistent airflow around the laminate during vacuum processing and can be used as a breather, bleeder, or combined breather/bleeder layer, depending on the laminate and process requirements. Its polyester construction provides good handling characteristics and allows the material to conform around composite components and tooling.
