Description

FM® 309-1M .075 is a high-performance modified epoxy film adhesive originally developed by Cytec and now supplied within the Solvay/Syensqo materials portfolio. It is designed for bonding aerospace composite and metallic structures where high toughness, elevated-temperature performance and resistance to humidity are required. The adhesive has a high glass-transition temperature of approximately 360°F (182°C) and is compatible with many 350°F (177°C) curing epoxy prepreg systems. It provides good tack and drape for handling during layup and offers resistance to both pre-bond and post-bond humidity.
