Description

LOCTITE ABLESTIK 5025E is an unsupported, silver-filled epoxy film adhesive designed for applications requiring a thin, uniform bondline together with high electrical and thermal conductivity. The silver-filled formulation provides electrical conductivity in the X, Y and Z directions, making it suitable for grounding and thermal-management applications. It is particularly suited for microwave circuitry and heat-sink attachment, including bonding heat-generating devices to heat sinks where electrical insulation is not required. The film format provides a clean alternative to paste adhesives and can be supplied as sheets or custom die-cut preforms.
