Description

LOCTITE EF 562 50M AERO is an aerospace-grade foaming epoxy film adhesive designed primarily for honeycomb core splicing, core-to-core joints and core-to-edge closeout applications. The material expands during cure to fill gaps and create a lightweight, uniform adhesive core structure. It offers dual cure capability at 250°F (121°C) or 350°F (177°C) and is designed for service temperatures from approximately -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C). The adhesive provides good slump resistance and low exotherm, making it suitable for thicker core splices and co-cure composite manufacturing.
