Description

AIRTECH WRIGHTLON® WL5400 is a clear nylon vacuum bagging film designed for composite manufacturing and vacuum-bagging processes. It offers good elongation and strength, allowing the film to conform to complex part geometries while maintaining vacuum pressure during curing. Airtech specifies use temperatures up to approximately 180°C (356°F). The film is suitable for prepreg and composite laminate processing, providing a cost-effective solution for creating the vacuum envelope around the laminate and supporting consistent consolidation during cure. It is available in multiple widths, thicknesses and roll configurations.
