Description

AIRTECH WRIGHTLON® WL7400 is a heat-stabilized nylon vacuum bagging film designed for high-temperature composite manufacturing. It is used to create the vacuum envelope around composite laminates during autoclave, oven and vacuum-bag curing, helping maintain vacuum pressure and consolidate the laminate during processing. WL7400 is suitable for cure temperatures up to approximately 204°C (400°F). Its high elongation allows it to conform to complex part geometries without easily tearing. The film is also available with an embossed/cracked-ice pattern, which can provide combined bagging, breather and release functionality.
