Description
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP110 Translucent Epoxy Adhesive is a fast-setting, two-part epoxy adhesive designed to provide strong, permanent bonds while maintaining flexibility after curing. Its formulation offers good adhesion to metals, plastics, composites, ceramics, concrete, and wood, making it suitable for bonding dissimilar materials and assemblies exposed to vibration or impact. The adhesive features a 1:1 mix ratio, approximately 10 minutes of work life, and reaches handling strength in about 20 minutes at room temperature. Its controlled-flow, low-viscosity formulation also makes it suitable for applications such as general attachment, filleting, and potting. The cured adhesive develops a translucent yellow-to-orange appearance.
