3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP805 is a two-part, toughened acrylic structural adhesive designed to create strong, durable bonds between a wide range of plastics, metals, composites, thermoplastics, ceramics, and other compatible materials. Its formulation provides excellent shear and peel strength along with good impact and durability. DP805 has a 1:1 mix ratio, medium viscosity for controlled dispensing, and can bond many substrates with minimal surface preparation, including certain oily metals. It is suitable for multi-material assembly, panel bonding, composite-to-metal bonding, and industrial applications where a strong structural bond is required.
