Description
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP460 Off-White Epoxy Adhesive is a high-performance, two-part toughened epoxy adhesive designed for strong, durable bonding in demanding applications. It provides excellent shear and peel strength, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance, while maintaining durability against environmental aging. The adhesive bonds effectively to metals, ceramics, glass, wood, and some plastics, making it suitable for structural assembly and multi-material bonding. With a 2:1 mix ratio and approximately 60-minute work life, DP460 allows sufficient time for positioning and adjustment before developing handling strength in approximately four hours. 3M lists it for transportation, aerospace, construction, and sporting-goods applications.
