3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-1300L TF Toluene-Free Neoprene High Performance Rubber & Gasket Adhesive is a fast-drying, high-performance contact adhesive formulated for bonding rubber, gaskets, plastics, metals, wood, and other compatible substrates. Its polychloroprene-based formulation develops high immediate bond strength and provides excellent heat and weathering resistance. The adhesive operates across a temperature range of approximately -21°C to 149°C (−5°F to 300°F) and is particularly suitable for demanding rubber and gasket bonding applications. The toluene-free formulation uses methyl ethyl ketone, propyl acetate, and petroleum distillate as solvents and can be applied by suitable brush, roller, or spray methods. It is also used in aerospace applications, with 3M documentation listing EC-1300L in aircraft-interior adhesive applications and aerospace specifications.
