3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-2214 Epoxy Adhesive is a one-part, aluminum-filled epoxy adhesive designed for high-strength bonding in demanding applications. It cures with heat and provides excellent shear and peel strength, hot-wet resistance, and environmental durability. The pliable paste consistency allows controlled, non-sag application and produces smooth, dense bond lines. EC-2214 is suitable for bonding metals, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, polyester, phenolics, and other compatible substrates, making it particularly useful for aerospace structures, honeycomb panels, metal assemblies, and high-performance industrial applications. The adhesive operates across a temperature range of approximately -53°C to 121°C and requires no mixing before application.
