Description
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-3333 B/A Gray Epoxy Adhesive is a tough, two-part, room-temperature-curing structural epoxy adhesive developed for demanding bonding applications, particularly in the aerospace industry. It provides exceptionally high shear and peel strength, while its flexible formulation helps withstand vibration, impact, and dimensional movement. EC-3333 B/A also offers excellent resistance to hot-wet conditions and environmental aging, making it suitable for demanding service environments. The adhesive uses a 2:1 mix ratio and provides approximately 20 minutes of work life, allowing time for positioning and adjustment before setting. It can bond a variety of metals, plastics, and other compatible substrates and can be used as an alternative to mechanical fasteners such as rivets, screws, and spot welds.
