Description
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-7202 B/A is a two-part, high-viscosity epoxy adhesive designed primarily for bonding brackets, fasteners and pins in aircraft interior structures. Its thixotropic, low-flow formulation provides immediate hold on vertical and overhead surfaces, helping components stay in position without additional fixtures. The adhesive cures rapidly at room temperature, reaching handling strength in approximately 90 minutes and full cure in 72 hours at 23°C. It provides excellent shear and peel strength on substrates commonly used in aircraft interiors. The formulation contains 3M Glass Bubbles, which help maintain a consistent bond-line thickness.
