Description

3M™ TC-2707 is a two-part, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive formulated for applications requiring both strong adhesion and efficient heat transfer. It uses thermally conductive fillers and provides 0.72 W/m·K thermal conductivity, while maintaining good adhesion to both smooth and rough surfaces. The low-viscosity formulation provides good surface wetting, gap filling, and a thin bond line, making it suitable for bonding and potting applications. TC-2707 is available in dual-cartridge packaging for controlled two-part dispensing. 3M lists a 50 mL duo-pack configuration, while other packaging configurations have also been offered.
