Description
ARALDITE® 2022-1 is a two-component, toughened methacrylate structural adhesive designed for fast assembly and bonding of a wide range of substrates, including difficult-to-bond plastics, metals, composites, glass, acrylic, polycarbonate and PVC. It cures at room temperature and provides a tough, resilient bond with good gap-filling capability and environmental resistance. The adhesive has a 1:1 mix ratio, approximately 10-minute working time, and can fill joints up to 4 mm. The 50 ml cartridge format is designed for controlled dispensing with a suitable mixing nozzle, making it practical for production assembly and repair applications.
