Description

ARALDITE® 71 is a single-component, thixotropic modified phenolic adhesive specifically developed for bonding friction linings to brake shoes and other brake components. It is based on a vinyl-phenolic resin and provides a controlled, non-running consistency for reliable application. The adhesive can be applied by extrusion or roller coating and is typically used with ARALDITE® 70 primer in brake-shoe bonding processes. It is particularly suited to demanding brake and clutch bonding applications where resistance to heat and mechanical loads is required.
