Description

ARALDITE® LY 5052 is a low-viscosity epoxy resin developed for use with compatible ARADUR® hardeners in composite manufacturing and repair applications. Its low viscosity allows effective wetting and impregnation of reinforcement materials, making it suitable for aerospace composites, aircraft repair, tooling and industrial composite structures. When combined with ARADUR® 5052, it forms a cold-curing epoxy system with a relatively long working time. The system can be processed using wet lay-up, resin transfer moulding (RTM), pressure moulding and filament winding techniques.
