Description

LOCTITE ABLESTIK 285 is a two-component, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive designed for applications requiring thermal management and low-stress bonding. The black, thixotropic paste provides good thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion and non-sag characteristics, making it suitable for bonding metals and ceramic substrates, particularly in heat-sink applications. ABLESTIK 285 is a resin system that can be paired with different catalysts, so the exact cure schedule, mix ratio and service-temperature range depend on the catalyst used.
