Description

LOCTITE ABLESTIK 3880 is a one-component, silver-filled epoxy conductive adhesive designed for bonding metals, ceramics, rubbers and plastics where both electrical and thermal conductivity are required. It is particularly suited to electronic assemblies, including bonding surface-mount devices, semiconductor elements, EMI components, electrodes, lead wires and connectors. The adhesive is supplied as a ready-to-use paste, requiring no mixing, and cures rapidly when exposed to heat. It can be dispensed through a syringe or applied by stencil printing.
