LOCTITE® EA 9330.3 AERO is a two-component, thixotropic epoxy paste adhesive developed for aerospace structural bonding. Unlike standard EA 9330 AERO, the .3 version is formulated for low slump, allowing the adhesive to remain in place after application. It provides high peel strength, room-temperature curing and easy mixing, making it suitable for demanding aerospace bonding applications. The adhesive uses a 100:33 mix ratio by weight and has a typical 60-minute pot life at 25°C for a 100 g mass. It can cure at room temperature, with accelerated curing possible at elevated temperature. Typical aerospace applications include metal and honeycomb bonding and repair.
