Description
LOCTITE® EA 9394 AERO is a two-component, thixotropic epoxy paste adhesive developed for demanding aerospace structural bonding and repair applications. It provides high strength and excellent resistance to environmental exposure, with particular suitability for metal and honeycomb bonding, repair, potting, filling and shimming. The non-sag formulation stays where applied, making it suitable for vertical and overhead surfaces. The cured adhesive provides high compressive strength and strong resistance to thermal cycling, with service capability up to approximately 177°C (350°F). It can be cured at room temperature or accelerated using heat. Henkel identifies EA 9394 AERO as the current aerospace designation associated with the former Hysol EA 9394 product
