LOCTITE EA 9396.6MD AERO is a two-component, low-density syntactic epoxy adhesive developed for aerospace applications. It is an easy-mixing system that provides good compressive strength at elevated temperatures while allowing room-temperature curing. Its low-density formulation makes it particularly suitable for potting and edge-filling applications, including aerospace composite and honeycomb structures. The adhesive offers good high-temperature properties and controlled filling performance while maintaining the lightweight characteristics required in aerospace assemblies.
