Description
MOMENTIVE RTV60 & DBT is a high-temperature, two-component red silicone rubber compound designed for electrical and electronic encapsulation, thermal insulation, moldmaking and flexible silicone component fabrication. The flowable RTV60 base cures at room temperature with DBT curing agent to form a flexible silicone elastomer with approximately 57 Shore A hardness, 120% elongation and excellent electrical insulation. The cured material maintains its elastomeric properties from approximately −54°C to +260°C, with short-term exposure up to +316°C.
