Description

PPG Aerospace PR-187 is a single-component adhesion promoter formulated to improve the bonding of polythioether aircraft sealants to various substrates, including metals, painted surfaces and composite materials. It is particularly suitable for applications where polythioether sealants are applied over existing polysulfide sealants or during sealant repair work. The product can be applied using a clean brush or gauze and dries at room temperature, supporting reliable adhesion in approved aircraft sealing and maintenance procedures.
