Description

DOWSIL™ 3140 Clear is a one-component, moisture-curing silicone material designed to protect sensitive electronic components and assemblies. It forms a flexible, transparent protective coating that helps shield printed circuit boards, solder joints, electrical connections and other components from moisture, contaminants and corrosion. Its flowable formulation supports thin-section encapsulation and pin sealing while retaining the electrical and physical properties of silicone over a broad range of operating conditions. It is suitable for electronic equipment protection, circuit-board coating and industrial electrical assembly applications.
