Description

DOWSIL™ RTV 3145 Gray is a one-component, moisture-curing silicone adhesive sealant designed for electrical and electronic assemblies. It cures at room temperature to form a strong, flexible silicone rubber that provides reliable bonding, sealing and electrical insulation. Its non-sag consistency makes it suitable for securing components on printed wiring boards, sealing openings in modules and housings, and protecting electrical leads and connections. The cured sealant offers high tensile strength, excellent elongation and enhanced thermal stability, making it suitable for industrial electronics, equipment assembly and approved aerospace applications.
