Description
DOWSIL™ 3165 is a one-component, grey silicone adhesive sealant designed for electrical and electronic assemblies. Its non-flowing formulation provides fast tack-free curing at room temperature and good early handling strength. It is suitable for sealing module housings, securing components on printed wiring boards, and sealing around wires and electrical leads. The cured sealant also offers flame resistance, with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating under specified conditions.
