Description
Momentive SilCool™ TSE3380 is a two-part, heat-curing silicone adhesive designed for thermally conductive bonding and sealing applications. It adheres to compatible metals, plastics, glass and ceramics without requiring a primer. After curing, it forms a flexible, thermally conductive elastomer that transfers heat away from heat-generating components while providing electrical insulation. It is suitable for applications involving power electronics, regulators, rectifiers and thyristors. The kit uses a 1:1 mixing ratio by weight and is typically heat-cured at 150°C.
