Description

WACKER® RTV-S 691 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone rubber adhesive that cures at room temperature to form a flexible, durable elastomer. Its low outgassing, UV stability and flexibility at extremely low temperatures make it particularly suitable for aerospace and space applications, including bonding solar cells to satellite solar panels. The material is qualified for specified aerospace applications under ECSS-Q-70-02A and requires appropriate surface preparation for adhesion to substrates such as glass, aluminium and epoxy resin.
