Description

AkzoNobel Aerospace 10P30-1 / EC-242 is a high-solids, two-component epoxy coating designed for the interior of integral aircraft fuel tanks. It provides corrosion and fluid resistance while maintaining compatibility with aircraft fuel-tank sealant systems. The system consists of 10P30-1 base and EC-242 curing solution, mixed at a 3:1 ratio by volume. It is a solventborne coating intended for properly prepared aircraft fuel-tank substrates. The product is qualified to Boeing BAC 5793, Boeing BMS 10-20 Type II, Class A, Grade D, and COMAC CMS-CT-221 Type I, Class 1, Grade B.
