Description

PPG PR-1422 A-2 is a two-part, dichromate-cured polysulfide aircraft fuel tank sealant designed for brush sealing of fasteners in integral fuel tanks and aircraft fuselage applications. It maintains flexible, elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline and cures at room temperature to form a resilient seal with excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. The A-2 grade provides a 2-hour application life.
