Description
PPG PR-1428 B-1/2 is a two-part, manganese-dioxide-cured polysulfide aircraft sealant designed as a low-adhesion seal for aircraft access doors and form-in-place (FIP) gaskets. Its low-sag, thixotropic paste can be applied using an extrusion gun or spatula and cures at room temperature to form a flexible, removable seal on common aircraft substrates. The B-1/2 grade provides a 30-minute application life.
