Description

PPG PR-1750 B-1/2 is a two-part, manganese-dioxide-cured polysulfide Class B aircraft integral fuel tank sealant designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and aircraft fuselage structures. Its low-sag, thixotropic paste can be applied using an extrusion gun or spatula and cures at room temperature to form a flexible, resilient seal with excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. The cured sealant provides excellent resistance to jet fuel and aviation gasoline, with a service temperature range of -54°C to +121°C and intermittent exposure up to +182°C.
