Description

LOCTITE 567 is a one-component, low-strength, high-viscosity anaerobic thread sealant designed for sealing tapered, coarse metal pipe threads and fittings. It cures when confined between close-fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air, helping prevent leakage and loosening caused by shock and vibration. Its high lubricating properties help prevent galling during assembly, particularly on stainless steel, aluminum and other metal pipe threads and fittings. The product also provides an immediate low-pressure seal and tolerates minor surface contamination from certain oils.
