Description

LOCTITE 592 is a one-part, high-temperature anaerobic thread sealant paste designed to prevent leakage on metal pipe threads and fittings. Its thick, off-white formulation provides high lubricity, helping prevent galling during assembly while making fittings easier to install and remove. It provides an immediate low-pressure seal and allows fittings to be readjusted shortly after assembly. Once fully cured, it provides a durable seal for demanding piping applications and is suitable for temperatures up to 204°C (400°F). It is not recommended for plastic piping.
