Description

LOCTITE 672 is a one-part, medium-strength, low-viscosity anaerobic retaining compound designed for bonding close-fitting cylindrical metal components. It cures when confined between close-fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air, helping prevent loosening and leakage caused by shock and vibration. Its formulation is particularly suited to applications where the assembled components may need to be disassembled for future servicing, such as retaining bearings onto shafts and into housings. The yellow fluorescent formulation also allows UV-assisted inspection for quality control.
