Description
LOCTITE SF 7075 is a solvent-based activator formulated to accelerate the curing of LOCTITE anaerobic structural adhesives and sealants. It is particularly useful on passive metals, inert surfaces and applications involving larger bond gaps, where normal anaerobic curing may be slower. Henkel identifies it specifically as an activator for anaerobic structural adhesives and sealants. The transparent amber liquid is applied by spraying or brushing onto one mating surface before the anaerobic adhesive or sealant is applied to the other surface. The solvent is allowed to evaporate before assembly. Henkel specifies an on-part life of up to 120 minutes.
