Description

LOCTITE SF 770 is a cyanoacrylate adhesive primer designed to improve the bonding of LOCTITE instant adhesives to difficult-to-bond, low-energy surfaces. It is particularly suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE and thermoplastic rubber materials, where conventional cyanoacrylate bonding can be challenging. The primer is applied to the substrate before the cyanoacrylate adhesive. Its very low-viscosity formulation provides surface treatment without itself curing. The primer is also fluorescent under UV light, allowing treated areas to be inspected during quality control.
